Right, I have decided to make things a bit interesting. I'm going to put some elements of a storyline (e.g. characters, places.) and you lovely lot have to come up with a storyline combining all of the elements together! No prize (I'm currently broke, and I'm also just into the teen years.) but it'll help anyone who's stuck without a storyline.
Here are the elements:
Love
A forest
Water
Hunters
All of these elements can mean anything you want them to be. Thats the beauty of story writing. I've tried to be vague, so you can play around with these elements as much as you want.

ReplyDeleteA group of hunters are travelling through a forest. They have failed to catch anything, and pass a nearby pond. One heads over, hoping to catch some fish. As he leans over, he spots a beautiful woman sitting submerged beneath the water. She is a water nymph. He falls instantly in love, and immediately dives into the water. The nymph comes closer, as if to embrace him. He swims closer, madly in love. But looking at her now, she doesn't look nearly as beautiful. Her skin is slimy, her teeth sharp and long claw like fingernails grow from each hand. The hunter realises his mistake and strives to swim back to the surface. Too late he sees that he has swum to deep. As his breaths run out, the only thing he is aware of in the sickening sight of the ghastly woman gliding towards him.
ReplyDeleteWhen the hunter's friends return to the pond, they find no sign of their mate. All they can find is the hunter's bow, and a glistening pool that shimmers red in the dying light.
