Right, I have decided to make things a bit interesting. I'm going to put some elements of a storyline (e.g. characters, places.) and you lovely lot have to come up with a storyline combining all of the elements together! No prize (I'm currently broke, and I'm also just into the teen years.) but it'll help anyone who's stuck without a storyline.
Here are the elements:
Love
A forest
Water
Hunters
All of these elements can mean anything you want them to be. Thats the beauty of story writing. I've tried to be vague, so you can play around with these elements as much as you want.

The Jade Rose
Hello reader!
Welcome to my new blog. Dad's got one of these. Well, he's had one for ages. He's a cartoonist, so he has one to show the world his funny pictures. Most of them aren't that funny really.
Anyway, my friend has now decided to join the Blogspot (yay!) so I decided to join in.
Now to explain the title. I have inherited some of my dad's drawing skills, but I've also developed another skill. Writing. My friend and I write storys for competitions and whatnot (that's a great word! Whatnot...makes you sound like you're victorian or something...), and I decided to create a blog where you (yes, my humble reader, you!) can track our progress, read our material and comment on them. We don't mind if you say anything bad, because we use it as constructive critisism (and if you don't know what that means, you need to go back to english class.). Also, I would like it very much if you post your own stories on here. As long as you leave your name and email, we can email you with our view on the story!

Right, the first story. For the moment, I'm starting my first story as another website. It's called The Adventures of the Jade Rose (the blog, i mean. All good writers either come up with a name at the end, or spiral the story off it.) and me and my friend are doing this as a joint story. She writes from one characters view, I write from the other. We're not sure where it's going, but we can cross our fingers and hope you think it's good.
